Timeless...

I have been reading all the new stuff out there! All this reading has got me thinking! I keep seeing all this "New Trends" media. "They" are saying that the new colors are Grey and Teal and a few others. Well I have been in the wedding industry for a long time and I am here to tell you that there is something wonderful about "Timeless!" When you look at Princess Di or Grace Kelly's wedding would you change a thing? Timeless and classic is just that! Timeless and classic. I always tell my Bride to make decisions that in 20 years when you look at your photos you still love them. Just think of all those 80's Ladies that did TEAL!!! I look at some of the pictures and think OMG!! A Bride in a timeless gown of lace and satin is beyond any trend changes. Will these red and black gowns still be the rage in 20 years? Will you be one of the brides saying I wish I would have done it different? Here at Thee wedding Warehouse we make it our mission to help you make wise decisions as far as style, theme and color scheme. Take time to go through some magazines, old and new... What do you see? I bet you will notice as I did that the REAL trends are not trends per say they are just the lasting classic timelessness (is that a word?) of a well informed beautiful Bride!

Dinner with AllAbout Catering

Sometimes when you look at a picture... you get hungry. The picture above... just looks so good you could eat it.
Once a quarter we invite 12 couples to dinner at Thee Wedding Warehouse that are looking for a caterer. All About Catering servers dinner and we just get to chat. Jacque and I both love sitting down and enjoying good food and good company. At the last one in January, Rachel Priddy took the pictures. I am amazed every time she sends me a disk. She takes such great pictures!! We are having our next dinner on March 5th at 6 PM. If you would like to join us, please call to RSVP.
P.S. you have until March 31, 2009 to book with All About Catering to get a complimentary ice sculpture or chocolate fountain. Tell them the TWW special.

5 Tips on Selecting the Perfect Wedding Dress

5 Tips on Selecting the Perfect Wedding Dress from Arizona Weddings Febuary Newsletter

Make an appointment at each bridal salon before you begin shopping: By scheduling an appointment, you receive more personalized attention and assistance that caters to your specific needs.

Shop Early: A bride should allow herself at least 6-8 months for the purchase of her gown.

Dress Code? Many houses of worship consider bare shoulders disrespectful. Ask your officiate about specific body-coverage requirements before you start shopping. Or look into a wrap or shawl for the ceremony.

Be Open Minded to All Gowns: You may try on a style you had not considered & fall in love with it.

Trust the professionals: Bridal consultants know their inventory well and can help you find the perfect dress!

This weekend Molina Bridal will be having a sale ~ 99 dresses for 99 dollars. Check out the webpage for details. Join as at Thee Bridal Show from 10 AM to 3PM at the Hilton Garden Inn.
